Position Overview
Deloitte Shared Services India invites applications for the role of Deputy Manager or Manager specializing in SOAR and Splunk technologies. Based in Bengaluru, this opportunity allows you to engage with cutting-edge leaders and organizations shaping the future of cybersecurity and automation in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage over six years of experience in cybersecurity to lead initiatives.
- Develop and maintain security playbooks aimed at automating incident response workflows.
- Analyze security incidents critically to identify potential automation enhancements.
- Regularly enhance existing playbooks to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform comprehensive testing and validation to ensure playbook accuracy.
- Map and verify data flows between diverse systems to maintain consistency.
- Create tailored scripts and connectors to support system integrations.
- Incorporate strong error detection and troubleshooting capabilities within integrations.
- Offer expert technical mentorship and guidance to your team members.
- Design the overarching SOAR system architecture to fulfill security and automation requirements.
- Strategize integration approaches in alignment with existing security tools and platforms.
- Ensure the SOAR infrastructure is scalable to meet the expanding demands of security operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum six years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Possession of Palo Alto XSOAR certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from Tier 1 or 2 institutes, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Eligible disciplines include B.E./B.Tech, B.C.A., or any graduate in any specialization.
Additional Information
This role requires hands-on expertise in security orchestration, automation, and response, along with a deep understanding of Splunk and SOAR tools. You will operate within a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
