As a Deployment Strategist for the APAC region, your key responsibility will be enabling TRM clients to fully harness platform capabilities. You'll collaborate with regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to implement scalable compliance systems aimed at disrupting financial crime in the crypto ecosystem. Managing a portfolio of strategic clients, you will advocate TRM’s suite and help customers achieve lasting, quantifiable benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant for regulators, financial entities, and crypto companies to optimize TRM platform usage within compliance, supervisory, and risk functions.
• Clarify sophisticated technical and investigative topics to aid customer teams in blockchain data analysis, case-building, and financial crime probes.
• Create and present customized product demos tailored to diverse roles such as compliance officers, analysts, supervisors, and risk personnel within financial and regulatory organizations.
• Conduct formal training sessions in English and Mandarin to integrate TRM solutions into daily investigative and compliance workflows.
• Act as the customer’s advocate by relaying their feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape product development.
• Track customer activity and usage patterns, anticipating churn risks early and applying effective preventive measures.
• Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to comprehend institutional priorities, regulatory commitments, and emerging threats.
• Identify growth and expansion potentials in accounts and collaborate with Account Directors to meet Gross Revenue Retention and Net Revenue Retention objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably within cryptocurrency businesses, financial institutions, or regulatory agencies, focusing on compliance, investigation, or customer engagement roles.
• Fluent professional command of English and Mandarin languages is mandatory.
• Practical experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics in compliance or investigative scenarios.
• Strong capability to analyze complex challenges, prioritize critical matters, and provide practical solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially within regulatory and investigative settings.
• Effective communication skills to translate intricate technical and investigative information to varied audience levels, from entry-level compliance officers to senior leaders.
• Proven teamwork abilities and a capacity to influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for face-to-face meetings, training sessions, or events.

Team Dynamics and Work Processes

• The team functions globally with seamless cross-timezone collaboration providing continuous customer support.
• The APAC Deployment Strategy group ensures ongoing customer partnerships as part of the company’s worldwide support framework.
• The Customer Success team embraces a fully remote setup, relying on asynchronous communication tools, regular sync meetings, and thorough documentation.
• Work rhythms include weekly customer sync meetings, bi-weekly health check-ins, regular pod calls, and quarterly business reviews with clients.

Additional Commitments and Expectations

• Carry out minimal weekend monitoring approximately one weekend every five weeks for high-priority system issues.
• Occasional travel is expected to support in-person engagements.
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility setting with rapid shifts in priorities, high ambiguity, and a strong requirement for ownership and creative problem-solving.
• Apply AI effectively to enhance workflows, improve quality, speed up tasks, and leverage technology as a part of core job functions — a critical evaluation aspect for candidates.
• Adhere to leadership principles emphasizing impact, craftsmanship in work, and collaborative spirit within the team.
