About the Dental Lab
Based in Nashik, Maharashtra, this dental laboratory specializes in creating various dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, and implants, as well as orthodontic devices such as retainers, mouthguards, splints, and alignment appliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate dental prosthetics like crowns, bridges, full and partial dentures, veneers, and implants.
- Build orthodontic devices including retainers, mouthguards, splints, and alignment appliances.
- Process dental impressions by pouring plaster or gypsum stone into molds to replicate patients' oral structures precisely.
- Use modern CAD/CAM technologies such as digital scanners, 3D printers, and CAD software to design and produce restorations.
- Handle and manipulate materials such as porcelain, ceramics, acrylics, plastics, and metal alloys to form dental devices.
- Perform finishing tasks like grinding, buffing, and polishing completed appliances to ensure natural appearance using high-speed lathes and hand tools.
- Conduct quality checks by comparing final devices against prescriptions and dentist patterns to verify accurate fit and color.

- Must have 5 to 8 years of professional experience in dental laboratory work.
