Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Delivery Executives to join our logistics team in Mumbai. This role requires delivering parcels efficiently within a fixed 8-hour daily schedule. A valid motorcycle license and access to a bike are mandatory for this position. Employees will receive a joining bonus and daily incentives as part of the compensation package.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver parcels promptly in assigned areas using a motorcycle.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of packages following company standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch teams as needed.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license.
- Own and maintain a reliable bike for deliveries.
- Ability to adhere to an 8-hour fixed work schedule daily.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed daily pay of 1200 INR.
- Incentives amounting to 400 INR per day based on performance.
- Joining bonus of 7500 INR upon starting the role.
