Delivery Driver

Role Overview

Delivery Drivers are vital members of the GSF Car Parts team, representing the brand through prompt delivery and superior customer service to clients within a 40-mile radius. Your responsibilities include guaranteeing goods reach customers timely while offering valuable feedback to help maintain and improve service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport automotive parts to customers' locations within a 40-mile area.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
• Provide feedback to the branch about customer and competitor insights.
• Load vehicles properly following company procedures.
• Collect returned items from customers as necessary.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Assist with warehouse tasks when required.
• Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed.

Working Hours

Average of 41 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, including alternating Saturdays.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Have at least three years of driving experience.
• Possess excellent knowledge of the local area within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is essential.
• Understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to manage deadlines and demonstrate punctuality.
• Customer-centric attitude with determination and willingness to exceed expectations.
