Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Director for MiraCloud implementations to spearhead the successful deployment of MiraCloud solutions. This position focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, punctual delivery, and profitability. The role encompasses leadership of customer implementation programs, advancing MiraCloud’s project management practices, overseeing project management staff, and establishing delivery governance and standards to guarantee exceptional client outcomes across multiple projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive the successful execution of MiraCloud implementation programs, assuring alignment with customer expectations regarding scope, quality, deadlines, and desired business outcomes.
• Own and nurture customer success throughout the implementation lifecycle by cultivating trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
• Develop, scale, and continually enhance MiraCloud’s project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and implementation standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers to foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and ongoing improvement.
• Monitor and ensure delivery effectiveness, resource utilization, and profitability conform to contractual commitments and business targets.
• Represent MiraCloud in high-level customer dialogues, implementation reviews, and escalated delivery issues.
• Perform additional related duties as necessary that align with the responsibilities of the role.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in IT delivery, professional services, customer success, program management, implementations, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing teams of project managers, delivery managers, PMOs, or implementation units.
• Successful leadership of enterprise-scale implementations, transformation projects, or managed services programs.
• Experience developing or scaling delivery organizations, including governance, PMO practices, and operational processes.
• Background in CX, Contact Center, CCaaS, SaaS, professional services, or managed services environments.
• Strong capabilities in managing executive stakeholder relationships and exceptional communication skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States; this position does not sponsor visas.
