Role Overview

The Data Entry Manager role is a full-time remote position focused on supervising the accuracy, completeness, and promptness of data input into the Insight Genesis – IGAi systems. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of data entry professionals, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to data quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve data entry workflows and procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to data processes.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and customer service teams to ensure data practices align with business objectives.
• Conduct regular audits of data sets to identify and rectify inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Train and mentor team members on data entry tools, protocols, and standards.
• Generate periodic reports highlighting data quality metrics and team productivity.
• Support ongoing process enhancement initiatives and identify potential automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Robust analytical capability to verify data accuracy, detect patterns, and support process optimization.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with distributed teams, creating documentation, and reporting findings.
• Customer service proficiency to professionally handle inquiries and support internal stakeholders' data needs.
• Fast and precise typing skills, familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and database interfaces.
• Expertise in data management, including large dataset organization, integrity preservation, and understanding of privacy and security standards.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in data entry or operational environments.
• Knowledge of AI-driven solutions or SaaS platforms.
• Background working in fintech, HR technology, educational technology, or health technology sectors.
• Relevant higher education credentials such as an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to function autonomously in remote work settings and consistently meet deadlines.
