About the Role
United Force Technologies AI LLC seeks a dependable and detail-focused Data Entry Analyst at the entry to junior level. This full-time position offers a hybrid working model within the United States where you will contribute to efficient data management and support of business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and preserve data within company databases and systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to processing.
- Identify and rectify data errors, duplicates, or omissions.
- Generate routine reports and support fundamental data analysis tasks.
- Maintain electronic records securely following corporate policies.
- Work with different teams to enable prompt and precise data handling.
- Participate in initiatives to improve data quality and streamline processes.
- Keep detailed documentation of data entry methods and track completed work.
Qualifications
- Entry to junior level experience (0–3 years, including internships) in data entry, administration, or related fields.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management applications.
- Excellent typing proficiency with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of databases and validation techniques.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid setting.
- Effective problem-solving skills with dedication to data precision.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must reside in the United States with legal authorization for full-time employment.
- Ability to travel to the office as needed.
