About the Organization
The Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center is a nonprofit multi-service organization dedicated to meeting the needs of children, low-income families, out-of-school youth, unemployed young adults, and seniors in New York City. Their community centers in East Harlem and Yorkville offer programs designed to be impactful, innovative, and intergenerational.
Role Summary
This position reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates closely with the Education and Workforce team. The Data and Compliance Coordinator ensures accurate and timely data entry of program information, full compliance with funder documentation requirements, and effective internal audits across EDW programs. Key responsibilities include maintaining consistent data standards across platforms such as Salesforce, DYCD Connect/DocUp, and ASIST; coordinating documentation and monitoring for funding entities like DYCD, NYSED, and WIOA/Workforce; and providing actionable reports to program leadership.
The role involves strong collaboration with Program Managers, Career Services, and the finance team to synchronize attendance, enrollment records, outcome tracking, and fiscal documentation while safeguarding student privacy. Continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance program results are also a core focus.
Working Hours and Compensation
This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 35 hours weekly. The salary range is between $58,000 and $65,000 annually, with offers determined by the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
