About the role

The organization is looking for a detail-focused and analytically strong Data / Business Analyst to join the Sales function. In this role, you will turn business data into practical insights, spot performance patterns, and support better decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.

What you'll do

  • Review sales performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas that need improvement.
  • Build, update, and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Develop and fine-tune SQL queries to pull, transform, and analyze large data sets.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to provide useful business insights.
  • Track key business metrics and prepare recurring performance reports.
  • Convert complex data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Assist with forecasting, target setting, and business performance reviews.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and data systems.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management in a concise, easy-to-understand format.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.
  • Hands-on capability with SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
