About the Role
Kosova Labs is expanding, and we seek a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and ensure customers receive exceptional service. You will act as the initial contact for users, assisting them through our platform, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and professional assistance via SMS, email, and phone communications.
- Identify customer requirements and effectively resolve problems.
- Escalate complicated cases by working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Record customer feedback and help refine internal workflows and procedures.
- Support efforts to sustain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong command of the English language, with clear and confident communication skills across phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- A customer-oriented approach combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capability to stay organized and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is advantageous.
- Experience with technology or SaaS is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
This role requires coverage in US time zones, specifically from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM local time.
