Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with 1-3 years of experience in customer support, service operations, or case management. The ideal candidate excels in email and SMS support, demonstrates excellent written communication skills, and maintains professional email etiquette.   • Shift 2: Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT (36 hours per week)
