Overview
Jyoti Placement Services is seeking a Customer Support Executive based in the Delhi-NCR region. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or web forms.
