About Vyapar PVT LTD
Vyapar PVT LTD is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Bengaluru as Customer Support Executives. The role is office-based with a work schedule of six days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring no escalation of issues.
- Provide support through phone, email, and chat by guiding users on software usage and addressing basic problems.
- Log customer issues and ensure follow-up until resolution is achieved.
- Qualify and identify sales leads during interactions and reach out to potential users to introduce the software.
- Follow company policies to decide if issues can be resolved immediately or require managerial attention.
- Adhere strictly to process standards and participate in mandatory training to stay informed on product and company policy updates.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Fresh graduates of 2024 with any degree are eligible to apply.
- Prior knowledge in accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be proficient in both English and Hindi languages.
- Willingness to work onsite at the specified Bengaluru office location.
