Job Overview
The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for managing various customer communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues. This role involves working closely with internal teams to resolve problems, maintaining detailed records, and supporting ongoing service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer interactions via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, maintaining professionalism.
- Liaise with different internal departments to address customer concerns and facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Accurately document all customer communications, complaints, and follow-up actions within the CRM platform.
- Provide reliable and clear information to customers about product details, services, rental agreements, deliveries, and company policies.
- Perform follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution of issues and uphold high levels of satisfaction.
- Report complex issues to supervisors and monitor their resolution progress.
- Manage coordination for order processes, contract renewals, and service requisitions.
- Generate daily summaries and updates on customer support operations.
- Adhere to targets related to customer satisfaction ratings and response times.
Terms & Conditions
- Monthly compensation ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
