About the Role
Join the leading home improvement store in Nelson as a vital part of our customer service team. Your primary focus will be operating at the customer service desk and checkout areas, ensuring customers receive excellent service whether in person, online, or over the phone. Your duties include managing checkout transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with online and special orders.

- Serve customers efficiently at checkouts.
- Provide assistance and resolve queries at the customer service desk.
- Support online and special order processes with accuracy.
