Overview
Join TTEC as a Customer Service Representative working remotely across select Canadian provinces, supporting customers of a prestigious global luxury retail brand. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized white glove service by engaging customers through expert product knowledge and attentive support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer service through multiple channels with a focus on creating meaningful, relationship-driven experiences.
- Offer expert advice on products and fragrances tailored to customer mood, personality, and occasion.
- Proactively anticipate and address customer needs with thoughtful solutions.
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions using CRM and other service tools.
- Identify ways to enhance the customer experience and communicate valuable feedback to leadership.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales, or personalized client support.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools used in customer service.
- Fluency in English to engage effectively with global customers and team members.
- High school diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Comfortable handling customer requests and problem resolution via phone.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication platforms.
Employment Details and Benefits
- This is a full-time remote role available exclusively to residents of Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Residents of British Columbia, Ontario, or outside Canada are ineligible for this opportunity.
- Compensation ranges from $17 to $18 per hour.

Training and Development
