Role Overview

Key Duties

• Develop and maintain customer relationships while delivering high-quality service
• Assess customer financial needs and help process loan applications
• Follow up on overdue accounts to help reduce bad debt
• Communicate information clearly in person, by phone, and by email
• Support loan sales, cheque cashing, and in-store promotions
• Count and reconcile cash and debit transactions each day
• Carry out the full range of daily store operations

Requirements

• Government-issued photo identification that is valid
• No criminal record
• High school diploma or an equivalent credential
• Comfortable working independently as well as with a team

Additional Information

Compensation will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience. The employer also highlights that no prior experience is needed because training is provided internally.
