Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

Become a vital member of the Hynds team, acting as the primary point of contact while delivering exceptional service to clients across the civil, water, wastewater, and drainage sectors. Your duties will encompass diverse areas including yard operations, inventory management, sales transactions, quoting, and ensuring timely product deliveries, all contributing to the smooth functioning of our busy branch.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in front-counter customer service and yard tasks.
• Possession of a current Full Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence (F endorsement) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to address and resolve customer concerns proactively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and solid capabilities in stock control.
• Physically capable to meet the role’s demands.
• Familiarity with products in the water and waste management industry is considered a plus.
