Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms
- Provide assistance regarding orders, shipping details, product information, and returns
- Deliver clear and high-quality customer service responses aligned with company standards
Role Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimum of one year experience in remote or online customer service
- Familiarity with customer service software such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible and solution-focused approach to challenges
Technical Specifications
- Personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent
- Reliable internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds
