Role Overview
In this position, you will help deliver excellent customer experiences while keeping the store neat, fully stocked, and welcoming for guests. The work environment is busy and dynamic, so the ability to switch between tasks and manage time well is important.
Key Duties
- Deliver friendly, reliable service that creates a positive experience for every customer.
- Maintain a store environment that is clean, organized, stocked, and inviting.
- Handle a fast-moving workload while balancing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Support product promotion and help customers discover specials and range offerings.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Candidate Profile
You should enjoy customer-facing work, be comfortable staying active throughout your shift, and be open to occasional physical demands such as standing for long periods and moderate to heavy lifting and reaching. Flexibility is essential, including availability for late nights, early mornings, and weekends. A willingness to learn and promote products and special offers is also expected.
