Role Overview

We seek a customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney-based team. This role acts as a primary contact for freight forwarders and internal clients, managing bookings, swiftly addressing issues, and maintaining transparent communication. The position promises variety day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact point for customer inquiries, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
