About the Role
Starting September 2026, become a vital part of Lacoste as the Customer Service Manager within the UK & Ireland Supply Chain and Merchandising team. This hybrid role is based in London, combining office and home working (3 days office/2 days home). Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain & Merchandising Director, you will lead the Customer Service team supporting wholesale channels, collaborating with various departments including Sales, Finance, Logistics, Market Operations, and French teams to ensure smooth supply chain and customer service operations aligned with our commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Customer Service team, fostering a high-performing and cooperative work environment across wholesale channels.
- Own and oversee the wholesale order book, ensuring prompt order execution while adapting global supply chain procedures to fit the UK & Ireland market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale customers and internal stakeholders to enhance service quality.
- Monitor business performance using KPIs, aid in financial planning and credit management, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for the business.
- Lead ongoing improvements by optimizing systems, communication tools, processes, and partnerships with UK and French teams.
