About the role
ALLEN Digital is hiring a Telecaller / Customer Service Associate for its Bangalore office. The company is building an edtech platform designed to give students support and learning experiences beyond the traditional classroom, backed by a strong partnership and experienced leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site role suited to candidates who are comfortable speaking with students and parents, handling follow-ups, and supporting admissions-related communication.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to students and parents to share information about courses and admissions.
- Track and follow up on leads and incoming inquiries.
- Explain course details in a clear and simple manner.
- Arrange walk-ins and demo sessions.
- Record and update call activity in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of English, Hindi, and/or Kannada.
- Candidates with fresh experience may apply.
- Undergraduates and diploma holders are eligible.
- Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience.
