Location and Work Hours
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Working hours are from 3:00 pm to 2:00 am Eastern Time, corresponding to 9:00 pm to 8:00 am local time.
Role Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve their concerns via telephone calls.
- Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty towards the company.
- Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience at every point of interaction.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer support with a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong telephone manners and ability to handle calls professionally.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Track record of improving customer experience and boosting customer loyalty.
