Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer in Chandigarh for field-based customer engagement and collection activities. The role focuses on cash recovery, maintaining customer relationships, supporting group sales, and identifying new business opportunities during field visits.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash from customers through field visits and ensure recovery activities are completed on time.
• Support group sales efforts and work closely with team members to drive activities in the assigned area.
• Complete daily tasks and attend scheduled meetings without delay.
• Keep transaction details and customer interactions recorded accurately.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support business results.
• Spot potential business leads and opportunities during on-ground visits.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience or capability in cash collection, field work, and group sales.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• Able to use technology for efficient data handling and record management.
• Prior exposure to field collections and business sourcing will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler access and a valid driving licence are compulsory.
• Candidates who have completed 12th standard may be considered.
