About the Role
DY Infra & Projects Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager with a strong background in Electrical Engineering. The professional will oversee customer engagements, provide technical assistance, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction across project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain solid relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate electrical products and technical solutions.
- Serve as the main contact for customer questions, complaints, and service needs.
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Production, and Service departments to fulfill customer requests promptly.
- Draft and evaluate quotations, technical documentation, proposals, and progress updates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.
- Assist customers with product details, installation help, and resolving technical issues.
- Track customer feedback and collaborate internally to enhance service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer information, project progress, and communications within the CRM system.
- Support contract negotiations, order processing, and payment collection efforts.
- Attend customer locations as needed for meetings, inspections, or resolving problems.
- Spot chances to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Compile regular reports on customer interaction metrics, complaints, and overall business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma) required.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, Technical Sales, or Customer Support within the electrical sector.
- Prior exposure to industrial, commercial, or infrastructure clients is advantageous.
