Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly productivity targets set by the organization.
• Engage in cross-selling and up-selling initiatives with current customers.
• Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate investment solutions.
• Maintain and update management information systems (MIS) and reporting formats regularly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements post-sale are fulfilled.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate marketing activities and events to enhance brand visibility.
