Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Support Officer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves interacting directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries efficiently and courteously.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and patiently with customers to understand and address their concerns effectively.
- Quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issues, offering appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Exhibit empathy and patience when managing customers who may be frustrated or confused, ensuring a positive support experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and useful information.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to evolving tools, procedures, and customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam.
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
- Ability to work diligently from the office location.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 18000 and 25000 INR.
