Daily Responsibilities
- Assist patients by addressing questions about appointments, specialties, and platform usage.
- Support partners with inquiries related to rescheduling and other platform issues.
- Deliver empathetic, prompt, and solution-focused customer service.
- Engage in clear and persuasive communication to promote appointment bookings.
- Document and monitor all customer interactions diligently.
- Work efficiently and in an organized manner within operational routines.
