Role Overview

We are seeking four enthusiastic full-time Customer Care Representatives to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers from North America predominantly through phone, chat, and email. Candidates should have prior experience in customer service phone interactions, exhibit a positive demeanor, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Ruggable as the primary point of contact for consumers, ensuring excellent service across phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Provide prompt, comprehensive responses to customer questions about topics such as orders, returns, cancellations, exchanges, and product suggestions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our product line, website, inventory, and features to confidently address customer inquiries.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, sharing resources and strategies to improve overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

Essential skills and qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
