About the Role
Altruist Technologies Private Limited is hiring Customer Care Executives to engage with customers through voice and sales processes. The role involves responding to incoming calls, addressing customer queries, informing them about products and services, and boosting sales through clear and effective communication.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Completion of at least 12th grade education.
- Age requirement: between 18 and 30 years.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Fluency in one regional language like Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Strong ability to empathize and efficiently resolve customer issues.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
Primary Responsibilities
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Meet the sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 13,000 to 22,000.
