About Re-Leased and am:pm Platform

Their cloud-based property management platform leverages automation, AI-driven insights, and deep domain expertise to simplify daily tasks and make work more fulfilling. The new AI-powered platform, am:pm, is designed specifically for commercial property management, transforming workflows and operational practices.
Role Overview
The Customer AI Deployment Consultant will be among the first hires in the delivery team responsible for enabling customers in adopting the am:pm platform. This role bridges implementation and change management by working hands-on with property management teams to replace traditional processes with AI-enabled workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enablement projects end-to-end, ensuring workflow implementations, data integration, and customer teams go live effectively.
- Work onsite alongside property managers to support their transition to the new AI-powered platform.
- Identify and resolve issues that hinder adoption during implementation phases.
- Deliver projects punctually maintaining high quality standards.
- Facilitate engaging and practical training sessions tailored to property managers and operational teams.
- Customize training content to align with each customer’s unique goals and workflows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and playbooks to support scalable future deployments.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with Product and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvements.
- Build trust and enthusiasm among users through hands-on support and effective communication.
- Clearly articulate changes and address concerns empathetically and confidently.
- Serve as the principal advocate for customer success during the enablement process.
- Collaborate with customer champions and leadership to establish AI centers of excellence within each client organization.
- Define standards for successful implementation phases and highlight gaps for improvement.
- Assist in shaping the partner delivery model, including certification criteria and onboarding practices for partners.
- Contribute to devising scalable service strategies, covering rollout plans, AI center structures, and volume delivery models.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Experience in property or business transformation with a proven track record of managing change in complex organizations.
- Technical proficiency enabling live demonstrations, troubleshooting, and explaining product functionality confidently to clients.
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools, intelligent agents, and workflow automation, characterized by an AI-driven mindset.
- Background in executing implementation or change management projects for enterprise or mid-market customers, with strong structured thinking and effective communication.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; CRM or SaaS platform familiarity is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence and steer stakeholders through significant change initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with commercial awareness.
- Significant expertise in implementation consulting, SaaS service delivery, or business transformation domains.
