Wendy’s is hiring a Crew Member for its Port Orange, Florida location. This role is part of the restaurant team from the first day and focuses on delivering quality food, friendly service, and a clean, well-run environment.

Primary responsibilities

The position centers on helping the team, supporting customers, and keeping operations on track. You’ll be expected to approach the work with a helpful attitude, learn quickly, and step in to fix issues when something is not right. Daily duties also involve using restaurant tools and following Wendy’s standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

Working conditions and physical demands

Be prepared to stay on your feet and remain active for most or all of a shift.
Handle common restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.
Work in line with brand procedures to prepare food, serve guests, and keep the restaurant clean and presentable.

Pay
