About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mission Viejo, CA, as a Crew Member and help transform the fast-food experience into one that emphasizes quality and responsibility. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food items at various stations including grill, salsa, prep, and expo.
- Engage customers with excellent service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow established food safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to a clean and efficient work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 16 years old.
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with a passion for assisting customers and team members.
- Desire to learn cooking and kitchen operations.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the job site.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 plus eligibility for digital tips.
- Full tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year.
