Role overview

The Creator Producer will oversee UGC production end to end, from the initial brief through final delivery. This includes reviewing scripts, organizing shoots, coordinating post-production, and making sure concepts are practical, production is well managed, and final assets meet quality and performance goals.

This role also involves self-shooting content for paid and organic social media across formats and platforms, whether in a home setup, studio environment, or on location. You’ll capture b-roll, product close-ups, and other supporting footage with a strong sense of what feels natural to each platform and engaging to audiences.

Another key part of the job is directing creators and talent during shoots, giving clear feedback and performance guidance so the content feels authentic, on-brand, and effective for social platforms. You will also work closely with Creative Strategy to evaluate ideas early, stress-test production feasibility, and shape concepts that can realistically be executed well.

In addition, you will manage production logistics such as sourcing props, planning locations, preparing shoots, and handing off assets after production. The work requires juggling several productions at different stages while maintaining timelines, communication, and deliverables. The team also expects the use of AI tools to support research, casting prep, file organization, pre-production, and broader workflow efficiency as the studio continues to refine AI-enabled production processes.
