About the Role
Join a leading direct-to-consumer creative agency as a Creative Team Lead, managing a dedicated production team remotely. You'll oversee the creation of over 50 advertising campaigns per week for Germany's top e-commerce brands including Alpensattel, bedrop, and HealthRoutine. This position demands a dynamic individual who balances strategic leadership with operational oversight to ensure each campaign’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a production team comprising Creative Strategists, Editors, Content Managers, and Production Assistants to guarantee consistent delivery of high-performing creatives and sales funnels every week.
- Act as the pivotal liaison between clients and the internal team, facilitating client calls and communications efficiently.
- Oversee briefing processes, provide detailed feedback on scripts and strategy, and onboard new clients and team members.
- Monitor team capacity, intervene when workload exceeds limits, and take responsibility for hiring and training new staff.
- Ensure the achievement of operational performance goals and maintain smooth workflow by stepping in during absences or issues.
- Continuously enhance team processes, individual growth, and training programs to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years professional experience in performance creative, creative strategy, or paid social media, preferably within a D2C agency or e-commerce brand.
- Comprehensive knowledge of direct response advertising and sales funnels, including copywriting and creative evaluation.
- Strong operational abilities to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and team resources simultaneously.
- Leadership skills that empower and guide teams without micromanagement or ego.
- Self-motivation with the capacity to work independently, innovate, and pursue continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills ensuring clear, professional, and solution-oriented client interactions.
- Team-oriented mindset combined with a sense of humor, fostering a supportive and goal-focused work environment.
