About the Role
Gem Fashion Studio in Mumbai is seeking a dedicated Creative Photographer, Videographer & Video Editor to join their team on a full-time basis at the office. This position requires a motivated individual with at least one year of professional experience capable of handling photography, videography, and video editing tasks to support the brand's creative content needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute professional photography and videography assignments for the brand.
- Create video content such as YouTube vlogs, podcasts, Instagram reels, and shorts in multiple formats.
- Capture high-quality footage using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and iPhone devices.
- Edit video content using Apple Mac computers with advanced editing software.
- Develop engaging social media content utilizing creative storytelling techniques.
- Conduct shoots encompassing products, fashion, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes segments.
- Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other production devices.
- Plan and execute shoots involving chroma key (green screen) and backdrop settings.
- Ensure optimal lighting, framing, camera angles, and audio quality during filming.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing departments to produce top-quality content.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong skills in photography and videography.
- Proficient video editing on Apple Mac platforms.
- Experienced in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and software for content creation.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, gimbals, drones (preferred), professional microphones, and lighting setups.
- Expertise in chroma key (green screen), backdrop installation, and studio lighting techniques.
- Understanding of composition, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and awareness of contemporary social media trends.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 (depending on experience, skills, and interview performance), payable in hand.
- Accommodation provided (male candidates only).
- Provident Fund benefits.
- Overtime payment as applicable.
- Meals provided during work.
- Annual bonus awarded after one year of service.
- Salary advance facility up to ₹5,000, subject to company policy.
Additional Information
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Two Sundays off per month.
- Age requirement: 18 to 38 years.
- Attendance policy: Absences on Saturday and Monday simultaneously count as two days' absence.
