Role overview

FedEx Canada is hiring for an interview-stage courier role based in Corman Park, Saskatchewan. The position focuses on efficient and courteous collection and delivery of parcels along an assigned route, along with basic customer service and shipment verification work.

What you will do

You will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages on your route, making sure each shipment meets Federal Express Canada service standards, and handling related customer-facing tasks professionally.

What the employer is looking for

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s licence, and a solid driving history. Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs and move packages weighing as much as 150 lbs using suitable equipment. Prior customer-focused business experience of 1 year is preferred. Applicants must also clear the mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training with the required minimum score.

Helpful knowledge includes familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, good organization, time management, multitasking skills, and the ability to stay composed in a busy, high-pressure setting are important. Flexibility to work varied schedules and holidays according to business needs is also expected.

Schedule and employment details

This is a full-time permanent position. The usual working schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 8:45 am and ending at 5:45 pm.

If the employee lives in Quebec, bilingual proficiency in French and English is required. For roles where driving is a core responsibility, candidates must hold a valid driver’s licence such as Class 5, G, or 1[AZ], and must have no more than two violations and/or accidents in the 24 months before the application date. Driver evaluation may include the current driver abstract, interview performance, and any driver competency assessments.
