Azets Ireland is hiring a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to become part of a growing tax team in Dublin. This position is a senior leadership opportunity for a qualified tax specialist who can manage a client portfolio, deliver high-quality tax advice, support team growth, and contribute to business expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring strong technical delivery and long-term client relationships.
- Provide corporate tax and business advice to a wide range of organisations, from fast-growing smaller businesses to larger corporate groups.
- Guide team activity, including workflow coordination, technical conversations, and professional development support.
- Spot opportunities to add value for clients and share those opportunities with the wider team.
- Work toward revenue and profitability goals and help the team do the same.
- Support and develop the firm's people strategy by encouraging engagement and improvement.
- Contribute to business development efforts that support growth targets.
- Lead tax advisory assignments in collaboration with Tax Partners and specialist colleagues.
- Build close working relationships with clients through regular interaction, assignments, and meetings.
- Coach team members, participate in appraisals, and help improve the quality and consistency of output.
Candidate profile
- Qualified in CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent professional credential.
- Strong background in corporate tax or mixed tax gained in a similar practice-based role.
- Comfort working with clients across different sectors; multi-industry exposure is an advantage.
- Solid technical tax knowledge with the ability to research and interpret complex legislation.
