Corporate Communications Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to support our business goals and enhance the company’s brand reputation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies that align with corporate objectives and ensure unified messaging across various platforms.
• Support senior leadership with preparation of speeches, talking points, and presentation materials.
• Manage relationships with media including drafting press releases, handling inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
• Foster and maintain connections with local and regional media organizations to promote company initiatives and achievements.
• Implement internal communication programs to boost employee engagement and disseminate key information such as announcements and newsletters.
• Assist in communicating organizational changes across different departments to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Monitor public and media perception of the company, supporting crisis communication plans when necessary.
• Ensure all communications adhere to corporate branding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related discipline.
• Between 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, ideally within the real estate, development, or investment industries.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
