Role Overview
As a Core Agent, you will be an essential member of our dynamic team, aiming to surpass guest expectations with outstanding service. Your role involves ensuring that every customer receives attentive and thoughtful care to enhance their experience.
Hotel Facilities
- Prime location within the iconic 99-storey Kingdom Tower near business districts, shopping centers, and cultural landmarks.
- Offering 276 spacious rooms, including 39 luxury suites.
- Three distinctive restaurants with a combined seating capacity of 250.
- Event spaces including ballrooms and meeting rooms totaling 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet), ideal for diverse functions.
- World-class spa featuring 8 treatment rooms for men and 1 female-exclusive treatment room, along with premium fitness facilities.

Qualifications and Skills
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong computer proficiency and analytical skills.
- Exceptional guest service and sales abilities.
- Proven success in previous rooms division management roles.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and improve productivity.
