Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to prepare and cook various menu items following standardized recipes, ensuring consistent quality in taste and visual appeal. The role demands strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols within the kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to established recipes while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Ensure that food presentation and taste meet the expected benchmarks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, utensils, and workstations at all times.
- Comply with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
- Track the inventory of ingredients and notify management when stock replenishment is needed.
- Implement strategies to minimize food wastage and optimize ingredient usage.
- Correctly store both raw materials and cooked food to maintain freshness and safety.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure prompt order completion.
- Contribute to recipe development and enhancement of menu items when necessary.
