Position Overview
The role of Commis Chef / Line Cook involves preparing and cooking dishes according to standardized recipes while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, portion size, and prompt service. This role requires strict adherence to food safety regulations, effective stock management utilizing the FIFO method, minimizing food wastage, and maintaining an orderly kitchen environment.
Cuisine Specialization
The culinary focus includes premium chicken dishes encompassing Indian and Continental styles, featuring grilled and fried chicken, as well as healthy salads and bowls within a quick service restaurant (QSR) setup.
