Role Overview
The Control and Automation Specialist will be part of the Manufacturing team at Almasi Bottlers Limited (ABL), reporting to the Packaging Engineer. The main responsibility is to ensure the plant and its devices are maintained to their original condition. This guarantees uninterrupted plant operations and consistent product quality while managing costs efficiently without lowering standards. The role also involves spearheading continuous improvement projects to foster cost-effective production in a highly competitive environment. Additionally, the specialist will mentor and coach peers to enhance technical competencies within the field.
