Role Overview

As a Contract Manager, you are integral in delivering exceptional services to clients, ensuring operations align with contractual requirements. You oversee managerial, operational, and technical facets to guarantee client satisfaction and robust financial results throughout the contract lifecycle. Acting as a dependable partner, you promote operational efficiency, maintain vigilant oversight, and secure outcomes that fulfill business and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations to be professional, cost-effective, and efficient.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients.
• Ensure complete fulfillment of contractual commitments to client satisfaction.
• Conduct frequent performance review meetings based on predefined metrics.
• Guarantee all operations adhere to safety, security, and SLIMS policy standards.
• Ensure workforce compliance with relevant regulations and SHEQ policies; promptly address non-compliance with corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with HR to deliver appropriate training and development for personnel under your supervision.
• Perform annual performance evaluations of shore staff, onboard Captains, and chief engineers in conjunction with technical teams.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and regular performance reports; closely track contract financial performance to meet budget targets.

Candidate Profile

• Based in Nigeria is required.
• Possess relevant marine operation expertise.
• Sea-going background as Master or Chief Officer.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the Marine Industry and Terminal Operations.
• Experience in onshore management roles.
