The Role

We seek a digitally adept and highly organized professional to manage content and social media coordination efforts. This multifaceted position suits someone passionate about technology, content creation, organization, and continuous enhancement of digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage producer video campaigns starting from the collection of assets through final publication.
• Collect visual and marketing materials including photos and videos from producers.
• Coordinate campaign schedules and timeline management.
• Assist with ambassador and influencer promotional activities.
• Plan and schedule content distribution across social platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Maintain an updated content calendar and prepare posts using pre-approved textual and creative content.
• Engage with online communities and track social media campaign effectiveness.
• Update and maintain website content including producer pages and product details.
• Create marketing graphics using Canva and organize digital assets.
• Enhance digital workflows by leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Ensure accurate product data management and assist with internal project coordination and documentation.
• Monitor and compile performance metrics related to social media, campaigns, ambassador programs, and marketing key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with data leads to support dashboard reporting.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with social media scheduling and post management tools.
• Experience working with Canva for graphic creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of WordPress or similar website content management systems.
• Comfort using AI solutions like ChatGPT for task automation.
• Understanding of basic SEO strategies.
• Foundational skills in graphic design and video editing.
• Experience handling QR codes is beneficial.
• Additional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory.
