Role overview
TCY Learning Solutions (P) Ltd is hiring a Content Production Specialist in Ludhiana, Punjab. This is a full-time on-site role suited for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who can move ideas from concept to finished content quickly and consistently.
The role is ideal for a creator who is comfortable both recording content and appearing on camera, and who enjoys working with modern AI tools to speed up production and improve quality.
What you will do
- Take ownership of video production, including independent shooting and helping colleagues feel at ease on camera.
- Edit both short-form and long-form video content using AI-assisted workflows to deliver work quickly.
- Work closely with the Content Strategist to convert concepts into visually engaging content.
- Manage daily publishing and upkeep for the Blog, Substack, Reddit, and Discord community, including formatting, scheduling, and keeping channels active.
- Adapt each shoot into multiple ready-to-post formats for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
- Test and adopt AI tools continuously to improve output speed and content quality.

- You should prefer publishing a strong first version quickly over delaying for a perfect later version.
- You are expected to explore AI tools out of curiosity and initiative.
- You should value speed and consistency as much as, or more than, waiting for the perfect idea.
Tools and platforms
The team expects familiarity with or willingness to explore tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Veo, Magnific, Descript, Figma, CapCut, and Premiere Pro, along with newer tools as they emerge.
Experience
