Content Creator / Storyteller for TikTok & Instagram

About the Role

PassionAd Social is searching for a freelance content creator based in London to develop engaging lifestyle narratives for TikTok and Instagram. This role requires 2-5 days per month commitment, which can be flexibly spread according to project needs. Compensation is £25 per hour, plus complimentary attraction tickets and occasional meals or drinks on the company.

Responsibilities

• Crafting compelling storytelling content rather than simple stitched video clips.
• Occasionally appearing on camera as part of the content creation.
• Capturing footage using an iPhone or an equivalent device with an artistic perspective.
• Producing lifestyle-themed videos highlighting experiences, moments, places, and day-to-day stories instead of product-focused advertisement shoots.
• Collaborating closely to deliver drafts using CapCut Pro editing software.

Requirements

• Natural ability to tell stories with character and personality that resonate with a Gen Z audience.
• Comfort and confidence being on camera when necessary.
• Proficient in CapCut Pro with the capability to share work progress directly.
• Strong command of professional written English for clear communication during written briefings.
• Knowledge of Generation Z slang and tone, and the discernment to apply it appropriately.
• Reliable, well-organized team player who respects deadlines and work schedules.

Additional Information

This role focuses on lifestyle content creation, such as day-in-the-life and experiential stories, rather than conventional product shooting or static advertising. Selected candidates will be asked to submit links to their TikTok or Instagram profiles along with 2-3 samples of storytelling content similar in style to examples provided by the company.
