  • Identify procedural or system issues related to data and document control; collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Offer guidance on document formatting and enforce standardized file naming conventions for project files.
  • Investigate challenges involving processes, tools, systems, or personnel in CM and develop solutions.
  • Effectively communicate concerns within the CM team, escalating to senior management and stakeholders as required.
  • Prepare for and successfully meet CM audit requirements including FCA, PCA, and Quality audits.
  • Support the Configuration Manager during Configuration Control Board meetings and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.

  • Experience within the defense sector is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software tools is preferred.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain Australian Defence NV1 security clearance.
  • Eligibility to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) clearance is required.
